As this is the first year of seriously growing Zinnias, I find that I am spending much time just learning and discovering the variability found in the commercially available seed packets and also some seed I had saved from 2006. Hopefully from these plants I’ll select a few that spark some interest or idea for future development goals. I also hope to develop a comfort level with the various techniques required for proper culture, hybridization and propogation.
